Our resort condo unit is in a clean & well-maintained gated community, which is surrounded with polite & friendly people & also green bush landscapes in the open spaces. The premises is breezy especially in year end and we keep the windows and doors open since the security is of no concern. Our condo unit is having a spacious kitchen, two (2) bedrooms, one (1) toilet & bath, a dining & living area and a balcony where guests can relax with a view of a football field in a surrounding garden.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of SM City BF Parañaque. Features include an outdoor pool. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the condo.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The was I expected because the was too far from everything. The advertisement was the on the website site. The shower was very dirty and back balcony was not cleaned neither. The room were okay 👍. We have pay over 100 peso each just to swim in the swimming pool. The host wanted to charge me $150 extra in cash because he said that had quests over because he through security cameras. I would not recommend anyone stay there. Host name is Roy.
