Lady at check in was great. Kind of like coming to your favorite aunt’s house. The room was what we expected. This is a tourist area in Kentucky…not fancy. Would have loved a better pillow Breakfast was fine, again, what we expected

Terrible at Cave City/Mammoth Cave
I paid an extra $50 for early check in and late check out. It was verified at check in. Check out was to be at 1pm. At 9:30am the staff started knocking on the door reminding of checkout. Completely unacceptable. Never will I go to a Baymont again. Or whatever they are affiliated with. Terrible.

The price for the room was okay. But this property needs some serious updating. There was MOLD growing up from the door. Probably due to the fact the door couldn’t properly shut. The bathroom needs to be deep cleaned. The breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly

Room smelled really bad. Old and outdated. The room was dirty. Dirty cups behind the side table. Cob webs on the walls. Carpet very old. Air conditioning did not work well. Toilet kept running. At check in I was charged for the room that I already paid for and I told him that but he didn’t understand so I had to get the manager involved. It was corrected. Would not recommend. Had reservations for 2 nights but we left after the first night.

Property is dated and didnt feel clean. Went without water for an entire day and had to leave a day early. Was told that they werent responsible for any credit or refund as we booked through expedia; even though i paid onsite. Very disappointed and would not recommend. 3 other hotels within walking distance. Choose them!

traveled from louisiana to kentucky for family vacation. the owners were rude to us as we tried to grill away from the motel. also there was no US flag on the pole, there were several other motels around that had AMERICAN/US flag flying. the nathrooms were not cleaned, hair in tub, a dried rag hanging on the shower rod. the rag had been used and then hung to dry.
