The staff is ok but the place is run down and shouldn't even be open. I won't even stay in another hotel under the same name again if this is how they allow their place to look

There were stains on sheets the lights flicker in the bathroom, there was dust, dirt, and hair all over the floor. The shower disgusting. The AC unit leaked. There was a hole in the door frame you could see outside. Overall a really bad experience.

What a hole. DIRTY! cigarette in the sink drain, broken toilet, hair in the tub drain, dirty foot prints in the tub, DIRTY FLOOR, NO HOT WATER!!!! It was disgusting

NO HOT WATER The place is a little run down, not as nice as the photoshop version on Expedia. The woman at the front desk was apologetic and doing the best she can. But NO HOT WATER. Owner will not respond to phone calls or email. I find out about NO HOT WATER at 11pm as I am getting ready for bed. What are you supposed to do? The establishment knew about this at least a few days prior to my arrival, apparently they hope not too many people will complain. Would you book a room knowing there was NO HOT WATER? Really a bait and switch, Expedia should remove this listing and not put it back until it’s fixed. Really unbelievable. NO HOT WATER And they knew about it ahead of time. Requesting refund. That is all.

I didn’t stay I saw the condition of the hotel and my room. It was very unsanitary and not safe for my child. Ceiling outside my door had a huge piece of metal dangling, the room smelt moldy, the room was dirty and I went directly back to the front desk and gave m key back. I haven’t received my refund yet and they are not being nice or cooperative about the situation.

The photos are not the hotel it's run down and has had terrible maintenance done to it. It's just a old rundown hotel and they didn't have crap for breakfast like they do in the picture good for work not for vacation with the family

The staff was helpful and courteous, and the sheets were clean and crisp. Unfortunately, the carpeting in the room was filthy, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, cobwebs, and mildew smell. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
