In the heart of a small village, traditional village house of 94 m² on 2 floors which has the character of these old winegrowers' houses. Access to the cottage by a stone staircase leading to the balcony inspiring idleness. Access is directly to the living room with a quality fitted kitchen and a bright relaxation area with a view of the courtyard of the property. On the same floor a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 (separable bed) with its private shower room and separate WC. On the 1st floor, are the 2 other bedrooms in pastel colors and with a wooden atmosphere: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90 and 1 bed 160 (separable), a shower room and an independent WC. Heating with fuel in supplement. The barn adjoining the gîte has been transformed into a games room with table football or children's games or a dining area. For lunch outside, the garden furniture is accessible on a sunny terrace at the end of the courtyard. In the same courtyard as the gite (enclosed by a gate) is also the owners' house, adjoining the gite, and a small gite for 3 people. Only one animal is accepted after agreement of the owner. Nearby: walks at the foot of the gite and 1st category river. To visit: the Soieries of Jujurieux, an exceptional heritage site in the Ain, the medieval construction site of Montcornelles, Ambronay; 15 km from the Hauteville plateau.
