The room was clean and the staff was super helpful. The room was fairly basic (which is what you pay for) but it had everything we needed. The airport shuttle service was excellent. They picked us up after midnight within 10 minutes of us calling. The shuttle back arrived exactly when we'd asked for it. We were very satisfied.

Quality Inn Belgrade---Great Location
The location of Quality Inn was perfect for the trip that we planned...........close to the airport, provided an airport shuttle service, and it was a pick-up location for the Yellowstone excursion trip that we had booked. The check-in desk could not have been more helpful!!

Standard airport hotel. The room did not have hot water when we got there. The maintenance guy was able to fix it but it took an hour. The gap at the bottom of the door is so wide that when I dropped my serum cap it rolled straight under the door and out into the hall (so you can imagine how much light and sound it lets in). Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because you'll also be able to hear the traffic outside.

The hotel was fine and close to the airport which is why I stayed there for an early flight out. When I called before arriving to verify my reservation, the desk clerk was very rude. Then, the next morning I had arranged for their shuttle to pick me up at 5:30 AM to take me to the airport. I walked outside at 5:25 AM, only to watch the shuttle's taillights as it sped away. When I went to the desk for help, another clerk just said "oh well," you'll just have to catch the 6:30 one. I ended up getting an Uber so I could make my flight. Very poor customer service.

Super close to the airport and they open breakfast up very early so we actually got to eat before we needed to be at the airport for 5am. Tons of food options right near by and are super easy to get to.
