Room was decent, the second floor balcony was leaning and the wood was in bad shape. The pool area could use some tlc. Everything was clean though.

Arrived at 7 pm, office closed, key was left taped to front door. Staff was suppose to be there until 10 pm. Room was ok, bathroom had hair on floor and heat register. No one at front desk to ask for vacuum. Nothing open this late in season (9/19) to get food at 7 pm. Probably better during summer season.

I found the man at the front desk extremely rude. He said in a very rude tone, "let's make sure your credit card doesn't decline before I give you a key". I had paid in full before I got there! We found the room quite run down. I will not go back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The coffee and muffins in the lobby was a nice touch too. Only glitch was sound on tv. I think it was a programming issue. He did replace the cable box but still happened. I did figure out that if you turn the tv off and back on the sound would come back, so it was fixable. :) Overall a wonderful restful stay.

Great central position in PEI so easy drive to Charlottetown and to other locations like Cavendish (where we attended Sommo Festival) Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, easy in/out. Simple breakfast but coffee was good and blueberry muffins fresh. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Go to Dalvay by the Sea for breakfast if you want a treat.

Great location, close to Brackley Beach and 20 minutes to Charlottetown. Super friendly staff. Coffee and muffins available every morning. We were so happy with this accomodation we extended our stay.

Everything about the hotel was great. But it was advertised as a partial ocean view and it was not. We were blocked by buildings. So if that is important to you you should ask up front.

It looks absolutely new. The room was big and clean. Good to stay for a night. What we where suprised about is the office was closed when we arrived. We've read it should be open up to 10pm. We came 8:45 pm. The door was closed and no light inside. The person left us envelop with a key with my name on it on the door. He opened the door and only told us: any questions, call this number...and shut the door...it was not nice.

We have stayed here twice this summer, we loved it because it was the cheapest place we could find but it also had a little play area for our baby girl. The pool has been beyond freezing both times we came so that was very disappointing. This time around we got two rooms for us and family and they were right beside one another, however, we couldn’t get the door unlocked, so instead of someone coming to help us, they just gave us a new key to a room further down the row, which was a little disappointing as we wanted to be right beside each other. The TV took us an hour and a half to get figured out, which is not a huge deal just hard when you pay $250 for a night and there is a lot of inconveniences, especially having children with us. Overall the place and location is beautiful, just not as great of a stay this time around!
