Great Location!

The house was in a great location to walk to the beach as there is a pedestrian walkway to cross Gulf Drive to get to the beach at the end of the block. The owners thoughtfully provide beach gear such as chairs, towels, and a wagon which was helpful. If you like to walk, you could get to some restaurants and shops very easily.The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. We were on the second level and there was a group above us for one night of our stay and they could be noisy. Once they left, it was peaceful. There is a very nice covered area on the ground level with chairs to hang out but we chose to stay on our covered porch which had views of the bay. The house could use some maintenance as the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work, the glass door in one of the bathrooms was falling off the tracks, and we did notice some cockroaches around.The property manager is excellent and responsive. I left some clothes in one of the closets and she sent the items via UPS immediately after I contacted her.Overall, a great beach get-away.

Quick beach vacay before summer craziness

First time visiting Anna Maria Island. The location is great!! Local restaurants close by and the beach is like 3 min walking distance. The house was cleaned and in order. Things I would recommend are a few more utensils, like spoons and forks. The king bed mattress can use a replacement. All and all i definitely recommend the are and house!! Questions are answered quick and professionally!

Perfect friend getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available to use. We had thought the listing said that all bath amenities were available, but there was no shampoo. Probably just a mis-read on our part, but be sure to bring your own. Otherwise a great location and space.

A great place at a great place

Very clean. Surprisingly close to the beach and the bay. You can see both from the home. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. There are people above you but it was no big deal. I would come again.

Great property and great location!

The condo was as advertised! The two bedrooms including the king size master were very comfortable and the roll away beds were great as well. We stayed as a family of 6 with 4 small children (one who was just 9 months old). The living area had plenty of room for us and our extended family who stayed for dinner one night. Beautiful deck and a short 2 block walk to the beach!! A nice amenity was the included beach towels and beach chairs! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Easy to access the hosts as well if needed.

Great Place to stay

Perfect location to the beach and far enough away from town that you don’t have a lot of noise but only a half mile away from restaurants and fun stuff to do. Perfect space for my 2, 5 and 7 year old. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Firstly, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Just a few minutes from the beach and the ocean, it offered the ideal getaway for those looking to soak up some sun and enjoy the sea breeze. The house itself was not only cozy but also impeccably clean. It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the attention to detail when it came to amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need to whip up a delicious meal. From utensils to appliances, they had it all. Additionally, they provided beach equipment, which was a delightful bonus. It made our beach outings hassle-free and enjoyable. Moreover, the abundance of towels was a thoughtful touch. It's often the little things that make a difference, and having plenty of fresh towels readily available definitely enhanced our stay.

First time to AMI

This was the end of our vacation where we wanted to try somewhere different. AMI was great the property was as listed clean and close to the beach. We wished we would have stayed longer to enjoy the outdoor area.

Our Florida getaway

The facility and accomodations where great, myself being handicapped ♿ accessibility wasn't bad, I knew about the stairs when I signed,made the best of it, accessibility to the beach was great,lower out door patio area was nice,the only actual problem we had was the main TV in the living room would not work right off the remote.

Some areas of concern

Overall the unit was well furnished, large, clean and comfortable. Unit had a good location as well. Small issues as follows: 1. Stairwell was very dark, outside light was not working 2. TV remotes difficult to operate, at least the main one in the living room,. 3.Little literature about surrounding area, map, areas of interest 4. Lamp in bedroom not working (lightbulb?) 5. no tissues in house 6. No washcloths in master bathroom These are just small issues but may help for next renters. Thank you

Great location

Property was clean and comfortable. Short and easy walk to a great beach. Chairs and umbrella provided were perfect, along with a pull cart that was extremely handy for the short walk to the beach.
