The dining area boasts a large, wooden dining room table with seating for 4, where everyone can gather together to enjoy a delicious meal. The updated kitchen offers white cabinetry, gorgeous tile backsplash, granite countertops, all of your modern stainless-steel appliances including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, & refrigerator for your culinary pleasure. The large center island is surrounded by counter stools, where you can sit & grab a quick bite. As you step outside onto the screened-in lanai, you will find beautiful outdoor seating to relax and soak in the breathtaking view of your luxurious pool.

The gorgeous master bedroom suite features a king-size bed complete with a headboard, a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet and beautiful French doors that open up to the outdoor lanai. The ensuite bathroom with a large vanity, double modern sinks, a large mirror, a blue bathtub and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms boast queen-size beds, a dresser and a flat-screen TV in each. The guest bathroom includes a modern vanity and walk-in shower. This home sleeps up to 6 people.

This home is located in an outstanding neighborhood complete with comfort and convenience. Ideally located in West Bradenton, you will truly enjoy everything this area has to offer. Pool Heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per dat + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
