Great location, nice rooms, only 3 pillows for a family of 3 though. Bedside light woukdnt stay on and window didnt close fully to shut the noise out, maybe seal had gone. Wasnt too noisy though and slept great so only minor things. Nice breakfast and nice view of the city from the restaurant. Will definitely return. £1.50 overnight parking too...brilliant.

Lovely experience

We travelled to Bradford to experience a night out with my husband. Stayed at the holiday inn express, parking was great £1.50 for 24hrs, hotel was in city centre so easy access to food and activities. Hotel room was clean bed comfy, bathroom clean. We enjoyed our stay. Didn’t get up for breakfast as too tired after night out. We will definitely visit again.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff

Friendly staff, nice room quiet with radiator with temperature control. all clean and tidy, great budget hotel option. Nice breakfast (I pre ordered my preferred veggie sausages, as they cook them to order and this takes a while) and they were ready in morning which meant I had a relaxed pleasant breakfast with no worries about time.

The other lift was not working. They Ran out of Eggs on Thursday. The evening person on reception (the tall one) refused to give me green teas, however every other holiday in express dznt even care for this stuff ! But then the other lady on reception gave me green tea. So nice of her.

Hotel is okay and located close to the train station so easy to get around. Unfortunately, the breakfast was dreadfully chaotic. I appreciate that it was busy, but the amount of guests staying could not have been a shock, surely??? On each day of our stay, there were three to four breakfast items missing...a different combination each day. Bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, tomatoes, hash browns, orange juice, croissants etc. A combination of those items each day. We were told it was their suppliers, but I did wonder if it was simply cost cutting. I did point out that there was a Tesco 2 minutes walk away. When breakfast items ran out, bacon for instance ( if indeed it was a day they had it on the menu), there was usually a long wait to replenish it. If you'd already got something else on your plate, it'd be cold by the time whatever you were waiting for, arrived. There were not enough staff to look after the guests and the staff they did have were rushed off their feet. We were booked for four nights, including NYEve, but returned home without staying for the last night.
