Nous adorons la décoration design de cet hôtel. Le massage a été excellent. Très bon service. Restauration excellente. Deux petits points négatifs: chambre sans vue et bruits de chaises au dessus de la chambre (restaurant) le soir et le matin (7h).

Alle Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend. Leider mussten wir uns alle 20 min. neu im Internet (Gratis WLAN) anmelden. Am ersten Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, am zweiten Abend war das Problem behoben.

Wir wollten einfach 3 Tage ausspannen. Das konnten wir wirklich gut im Walliserhof. Der Fitnessbereich könnte noch etwas erweitert werden und Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer oder am Hotel selbst, sind rennovierungsbedürftig. Im Spa-Bereich habe ich den Whirlpool vermisst. Im Restaurant wird jedoch alles getoppt.... Sehr feine und exquisite Speisen. Das 6-Gang-Menü war der Hammer, die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

4 Sterne Hotel mit Abstrichen

Pros: Dass ich Greenfee frei golfen konnte, Der Wellness Bereich war gut und es hat viele Liegeplätze innen und draussen. Bademantel und Saunatücher ok.
Cons: Verbessern. Ja die Speisekarte. Note 2 von 10 ! In jedem MD ist die Speisekarte grösser als die am 25.10.17. Personal nicht gerade berauschend.
Location: Luftseilbahn,Golfplatz,Tennisplatz,Bike Verleih,Wanderwege in Hülle und Fülle.
Ausser im Juli und August kann man gratis Golfspielen.Das ist für mich der Hauptgrund dass ich im Walliserhof übernachte. Wie schon geschrieben ist das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und die Dame ( Bedienung) am 26.10.17.herrvorragend. Nach dem golfen kann man sich gut erholen im Wellnessbereich,es hat auch genügend Liege Möglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war gut,genügend Kleiderbügel,aber kein Kleiderkasten,was aber nicht stört. TV ausgezeichnet,Wlan gut im ganzen Haus.Die Speisekarte am Abend unbeschreiblich mager,ich kann das nicht verstehen.Verabschiedung sehr gut und höfflich.
