We liked the location, the wooded area it was in, the price was reasonable. The lighting needs improvement, and the mattresses being covered in plastic caused discomfort.

I wasn't aware prior to booking the trip that check in was not onsite. It was rather ridiculous to check in and then drive 8 minutes away to the actual place where you are staying. Another thing was it was 8pm or so so it was dark out but nothing was well lite along the drive. Some lights were burnt out but even where there was lighting it was not enough. Didn't feel safe just because of the darkness. The condo was really clean and nice! The bed was super comfortable

I was very unhappy that I booked a ground floor room as I had back surgery and knee surgery vertigo and can't do the stairs etc. when I got there I was put on the 4th floor which was very difficult for me.. I was also put in the nice building then got moved to the other building which needed repair. Wanted to love this place.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and it was amazing. The room was so clean and cozy. The front desk made sure we had everything we needed. We loved having the dining table and kitchen! We will be booking here again!

We ordered, paid for, received confirmation, for king size bed, and got a queen. We killed two roaches and a different kind of bug on day one. We killed another roach on day two. We had to keep everything sealed, shake out our clothes, turn them inside out, shake them again, turn them right side out, shake them again, and load them to come home to make sure we did not bring roaches home. we requested more towels on day one, never got them. Had to use the same towel for three days in a row. The receptionist was extremely nice, we had an easy check in, but that was about the only good part. The door key panel fell off when we tried to use our key card the first time. The back porch had bird poop on the chairs and needed swept and had cobwebs. Had to go outside to get connected to Wi-Fi.

We liked the spaciousness of the condo. It had everything we needed, and was comfortable and quiet. Loved the view of the trees from the balcony. The condo was in good shape, but the furnishings could do with an upgrade; some of the furniture was pretty shabby. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.

Nice place to stay with family
Good value for the money. The whole place was clean but it could use updating and there were a few things that needed repair or replacing. The couch cushions were peeling, there was no stopper for the kitchen sink, and at least one downspout was in need of replacing. It could use something for sound absorption like throw rugs or curtains. We could hear noise around us and it wasn’t very busy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, adequate tools and cookware in the kitchen, and plenty of parking. Nice views and peaceful location. All in all the staff was very pleasant and we would stay here again.

Our stay was good. Quiet and nice. Only thing need to have a tv channel guide that shows what channels you get. The fireplace is another one no instructions on how to use it. That's on of the reasons I choose Great Rock.

Price was good. Property itself seems to lack proper maintenance. TVs were changed while ther with no instructions on how to make them work. They did not.
