Needs some tlc
This motel is pretty ran down. The towels appeared dirty with stains. The toilet wasn’t cleaned well. No iron or hair dryer. The beds were comfortable however the blankets were not very heavy. There were only two pillows on each bed and they were flat. Went to the front desk to get more and they only had 1 left and did not have any pillow cases left which was disappointing. Overall it worked for a 1 night stay but the pictures were a little deceiving. We won’t be back.

I have stayed with Crestview several times and it is the best deal I have found. Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location!

We needed a place to stay for 1 night in close proximity to Silver Dollar City and this place was perfect. The furnishings were very adequate. If you are staying late night at the park and have to travel a distance home, this would be a nice place to stay over. I will stay here again with my family.

There was a strang odor. Fitted sheet had a ball of hair and a couple dark stains. Ice machine had no ice. Parking was scarce and we had to park on other side of motel. Pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. Mattress was great. Front desk was very nice when we checked in.

We arrived a bit before check in and the lady was somewhat rude about check in time being "at 3" (we got there after 2). So we hung out in our car until 3. Then the guy that was up there was fine but not very friendly. The room was clean but the door from outside had to be slammed to get it to close. The shower was odd, no door or anything and right beside the toilet the water pooled in front of the toilet area. I would probably not stay here again. We stayed in several hotels on this trip and this one was definitely the least pleasant.
