Would not stay again!
Nice looking hotel but so many issues. Parking is ridiculous!!! You either park on a hill or in the dark back. A fellow guest talked about falling because of the incline. You have to wait forever (10+ minutes) to use elevator and either have to walk downstairs or ride it up. Rooms are dated with carpet and really small. Beds are truly full size so know that in advance for the doubles. Check in took a bit because front desk answers calls, too, and are selling tickets. Breakfast was nice but the people working it were rude. Awesome location! Think every person (and there were more than 15 because we were stuck on floors or riding up to higher floors a ton) we talked to said they would not stay there again because of the elevators and parking. Great water pressure and view of aquarium. They do offer a discount on future stays if you give them a 5 star review so that seems to be skewing ratings.

The restaurant style breakfast was amazing! The fact it was only dine in was the only con about that, being that we had a 1 year old child. The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. The shower pressure in the room was amazing. WiFi was kind of slow. Did not like how the check in staff was persistent about a time share presentation at 8pm when my kids were honestly so ready just to check in and go up to the room. I felt like I was being harassed about my income for the presentation more than I was being helped to check into my room.

The hotel room bathroom was pretty dirty and very much in need of an upgrade. There are several things that could be upgraded in the rooms. It's honestly not much better than a typical everyday hotel room. Very tiny spaces, beds are mostly comfortable. The breakfast wasnt bad. Disappointed in the pool being so tiny.

I give it a 3 because for a updated room if it really is looks 30 years old inside. And the bed is horrible. Lumpy and falling apart it had hard balls under the sheets it felt like there was food under my sheets. But it's the mattress falling apart. I ripped the little balls off like a sock thats falling apart. So I want a good sleep. And the pillows two of them together are completely flat. The hotel is in a great location. The room is descent size. But the food in the morning is so basic buffet. Just add water eggs and biscuits.

The place was really run down. Even though it was freezing outside, the heating system only blew cold air. The free breakfast they served was cold. The help was nice, but the facility was in desperate need of updating. And if that wasn’t bad enough, we had a medical emergency arise and even though we had proof of it, they refused to refund the days we were unable to stay there.
