The room was fine with exception the coffee maker quite working on the next to last day of our stay. We reported it twice, but it was not replaced. Andrew at the desk was great! One gal never acknowledged us when we tried to speak to her, a third was pleasant. A quick shout out to the girls at the coffee shop as they were absolutely wonderful and friendly!! We ate at Jack Henry's restaurant and it was okay....

Lots of parking space but poor lighting in the back. Also, the staircase was difficult to ligt my suitcase up and the hotel was too big to walk to front entrance. The check in took too long. 15-20 minutes waiting time and the man that checked me in looked creepy. No personality, not smiling at all, didnt look professional with no badge, and took extra time to look at my ID. Just strange. He didnt communicate much so I had to ask a lot of questions. Then a woman had to help him with checking me in and she smelled of strong cigarettes, probably just coming onto her shift ( I saw her come in). The hotel room was clean, comfy bed, but nouse neighbors were up till midnight. Also wifi didnt work and they gave me a number to call but that took me to a voicemail so I had no wifi during my stay.

Nice place
Room and bathroom were clean though needed some TLC. Rooms need some updating and the stopper in tub was broken, but bed was comfy and rooms were nice and cool.

the property is in a great place to be convenient to the venues that we were visiting. I did not like our room it seemed kind of old. Chunk out of the bathtub, big scratches on the bathroom door. Not at all what I expected for a Thousand Hills property.

The rooms need to be updated. Couldn’t get the heat to regulags. Kept turning on and off all night. Said restaurant was open until 10 but closed early so coii hi don’t get room service.

The front desk was very nice and the location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the main attractions. But the hotel is very outdated, the mattress creeked everytime you moved and the bathroom was so small that the door barely cleared the toilet. The layout of the room was terrible, we could barely move around eachother. We had a tiny mini fridge that we could not fit anything in. The free breakfast buffet wasn’t anything special. We stayed in much better for a similar price. We definitely won’t be back.

The staff that checked me in was not overly friendly and attempted numerous times to convince (bribe) me into attending some information session the following morning. Appeared to gave a difficult time taking no for an answer. It was a tad annoying.
