The apartment was in very bad conditions. Very dirty, bad, pillows and bad clothes in a very poor quality. Dangerous electricity wires. The property shouldn't be listed for rent. I left the place after the 1st night and would like to have my money back as soon as possible.

Apartamento antigo com mofo, cama totalmente desconfortável, banheiro com problemas hidráulicos, ausência de box no banheiro. Nessa altura do campeonato, ter cortina no banheiro, melhor ficar em um albergue.

falta item básico - cobertor
A hospedagem não oferece cobertor, apenas lençol comum de tecido fino. Entrei em contato por telefone e fui informado que não dispõe mesmo de cobertor que isso já estava avisado. Eu solicitei um cobertor mas foi negado. Senti frio de madrugada durante a estadia. Além disso, não tem mesa ou escrivaninha, equipamento de internet no chão. Frigobar no chão.

Ótima opção.
As instalações do hotel são ótimas, o quarto tem o mobiliário um pouco antigo mas atende muito bem. Cama confortável tive noites bem tranquilas. Voltaria tranquilamente me hospedar. O serviço do hotel é maravilhoso, recepcionistas atenciosos e educados. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, no coração de Brasília, próximo a conveniências, restaurantes e shoppings. Fui para um show no estádio Mane Garrincha acabei indo a pé. Apenas um ponto de atenção, não são disponibilizados cobertores extras, a cama tem um lençol fininho para usar, se for em épocas de frio levem um cobertor.

Então,fomos colocados no quarto 317.Quarto totalmente diferente do anunciado.Moveis quebrados,parede suja,cama com lençol pequeno, colchão sujo, calça de outro hospede no guarda roupa,.Entre outras coisas.Ligamos para o anfitrião e ele de imediato disponibilizou,um quarto em outro hotel,que aí sim descente.

Péssimo estado e desconforto.
indico o Hotel, porém o Flat está em péssimo estado , falta lençóis, os que encontrei estavam rasgados, pedi ao proprietário para repor , ele prometeu que mandaria e nada, não havia um lugar sequer para colocar as malas, e todos equipamentos de TV no chão, em fim ZERO de recomendação , e acho que o hotel deveria se cuidar para não se misturar.
