It was horrible! The room was directly in front of the trash and the entire room smelled of garbage. One of the office staff came to the room and agreed that it smelled horrible, and gave me towels to re-clean the room myself. Yet after I scrubbed the floor with bleach it still smelled. I asked for another room on the first floor and they refused. However, the room I asked for was empty and they gave it to someone else later that same evening. The staff is horrible. They yell at me and treated me like I wasn’t human. As if the room was all I deserved. The BBB needs to know where they are putting the trash cans in front of rooms.

The staff was friendly, but the bathroom in room 310 was covered in black mold, I have pictures. The kitchen seemed really old, and outdated, but it was tolerable. I think the property needs to be updated completely. I communicated my concerns regarding the black mold with the staff and received a FULL refund for my 2day stay, that was nice. But this location really needs to have a health inspector go room to room and inspect EVERY SINGLE ROOM on the premises. Especially because animals and children also stay there, its not safe or healthy for them to be breathing in black mold.

Got there and was told they couldn't take my bank card then after finally checking me In I went up And down 3 times because my Keys were working for Them to finally tell me the door to my room Needs to be open a certain way never stay at extended stay like that and never will Book with that location

I booked a room for 2 days, Got there and because I only had a copy of my I.D. they would not give me my room,It was paid for with my debit bank card. I had to make phone calls to make sure my Bank would be Refunded ,~Hotels.com ~ Refunded my Bank the following day😁.

Unsanitary place....
The room itself appeared clean. The smell of the room was so stinky and musty. It smelled old and dirty if that's the only way to describe it. The window in the room was unable to open to allow the air to flow in. There were ants in the bathroom and saw a roach in the room. I tried to take a picture but it ran away. There were dead bugs, which also looked like roaches, in the light fixtures. We left a day earlier than planned. It was just to uncomfortable to stay. We didn’t want to take a chance in any stow aways in our bags... Note: it's not allowing me to upload a picture of the light fixture with the dead bugs...

Room was old/outdated. Plastic flooring in bathroom was ripped/peeling. Shower had used bar of soap left in it and was dirty. Don’t be fooled by the included breakfast. It's a granola bar/pack of porridge and coffee. Old sock left in garden infront of room entire stay. Gap in door allowed gecko to come into room and hang out. Would never stay again.

If your feet touched the floor, they were black afterwards. Asked for extra linen for sofa bed and never got it. Sheets were stained. Cabinets are falling apart. Don’t expect to use kitchen unless you provide all your own utensils, etc. Overall, dirty and uncomfortable.
