The location was fantastic, and the condo was spacious, but it needs some TLC and updating. Dealing with the Vacasa management company was challenging, as they use a call center that is presumably offshore. For example, the parking passes were missing and it took over 24 hours to get them. At one point, I was told to park in overnight parking in town and pay for it. After a day of going in circles, I was finally informed that they have a front desk in town, which would have been helpful to know upfront. Additionally, items in the kitchen were dirty and required cleaning before use.Bottom line: While the location and spaciousness of the unit are great, I would rent from a local company in Breckenridge in the future to ensure timely and local support.
