This stunning and private luxury duplex is perched in a west-facing neighborhood above Breckenridge. Expansive living spaces, baths for each bedroom, hot tub, foosball, chef's kitchen, and contemporary designer art, décor and appointments. You won't want to leave!
A private two car heated garage makes for snow free-vehicles each morning during ski season. Enter through the garage into a large mudroom with storage to stash the boots and gear. Wander upstairs to a beautifully laid out main floor. Open entertaining, two sided fireplace, cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling west-facing glass. The living room soars with artistic tongue and grove ceilings, stone fireplace, ample seating, large HD TV with surround sound. A generous-sized deck offers summer seating, BBQ gas grill, and a unique round bullfrog hot tub for that needed soak after a day on the slopes or hiking trails. An 8 seat dinning table sits aside the fireplace flanking the spacious designer chefs kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen offers an other 4 seats along the granite bar, high end appliances, double oven and ample prep space. Down the hall from the main level living and entertaining areas is a cozy bunk room with twin over full bunk with a twin trundle and an HD TV. A full bath with walk-in shower sits right across the hall. Also on the main floor is the expansive master suite (first of three king luxury suites). This main floor haven offers a king bed, fireplace, HD TV, private rear patio access, and a positively enormous spa-like master bath with double sinks, large soaking jet tub and huge walk in shower.
Upstairs offers another expansive living space with fireplace, oversized wrap-around seating with full sized pull out sofa, large HD TV, surround sound, and a foosball table make the most amazing place to relax for that wind-down Netflix binge. Baldy Mountain offers several walkable shuttle stops that can take you down to the town of Breck in minutes so that you don't have to worry about parking while you're exploring the area. The closest shuttle stop to Granite Peaks Villa is .2 miles from the home.
