Great location! Short walk to rental shops and Quicksilver lift. Lots of dining and shopping very nearby. Well-stocked with all the essentials. Stylish renovation. Secure garage parking directly under unit a plus for unloading and loading suitcases and gear.

This home was perfect for our family of 5! We were able to walk to peak 9 with our skis each day and walk to town each evening too! The condo was very clean and the host was easy to contact when we had questions about the parking garage. We will be staying here again!

We always stay in this neighborhood when visiting Breck. 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift/peak 9 base village. 5 minute walk to downtown. This particular unit in the Columbine was great! The recent remodel/refresh makes the unit stand out from others. Any questions we had or issues that came up the property manager was very accessible and quick to respond.

The residence was very comfortable for a group of 4 people and conveniently very close to peak 9 base lift. The location and recent renovations make this a great stay for anyone that is traveling through Breckenridge with a group of people.

Great location. Very short walk to the village and Quicksilver lift, ski school, etc. Beautiful furnishings and well equipped. One of the beds in master room was not the most comfortable. It would be my only complain about this property.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed the property, it had everything we needed. It was convenient to the super chair and walkable to restaurants and shops. There was a washer and dryer in the garage area and had all the appliances etc to cook our meals. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Excellent remodeled condo for ski vacation
Pros: very nicely remodeled unit with nice decor on first floor. Unit was pretty quiet, not too much noise from the unit above. Very nice area for ski storage and ski equipment storage by the front door. Floors can tolerate wet snow, etc. Kitchen very well stocked with plenty of cookware, flatware, etc. Checkin and checkout very easy with combination lock on door. Very well organized instructions. Common shared hot tubs and pool located about 50 yards away. Location is excellent - walking distance to Quicksilver lift and Mainstreet. Cons: No privacy locks on any of the interior doors (including bathrooms). Kitchen missing a blender. Quicksilver lift is not the best lift to start your day. Line one day was 90 minutes long (granted this was a busy Christmas week day at about 9:30 when ski lessons were in full swing). No in unit washer/dryer. If you want to wash clothes, bring coins for washer/dryer in the basement parking garage and buy your own detergent. Parking garage clearance is only 6’2”. Therefore, you cannot park larger cars such as a Suburban in the covered parking.

Amazing condo just a quick walk to the peak 9 lift and into town. It is the perfect location. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The kitchen was really well stocked with quality pots, pans, knives, etc.
