No receipts
They would not give me a receipt because I booked with a third party (hotels.com). They charged me $40.00 for an incidentals fee which I have never ever been charged staying at a Holiday Inn/Express. They would not give me a receipt for this either. They said it would be sent back to my card but it would take 3-5 days. They should have been able to give me something reflecting everything they said. I wont stay there again!!

Janky shower head
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the shower head was janky at best. No matter the setting it was awful. I tried to change rooms but they were full and unable to accommodate me and my wife. The breakfast was really nice and the coffee was hot.
