Brand new apartments directly on the lake, in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and the center of Brenzone. Inside a building in the first row to the lake, completely renovated in 2021, 4 beautiful apartments await you, all fully equipped and tastefully furnished. Holiday Apartments Brenzone offers 2 studio apartments with double bed, single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. Dining table inside and on the large terrace overlooking the lake. Soundproof windows and air-conditioned rooms to guarantee you a holiday with all the comfort.
In total there are 4 apartments available for our guests: 2 studio, 1 two-room apartment with double bedroom and sofa bed; 1 three-room apartment with 2 double bedrooms.

Brenzone is a picturesque town at the foot of Monte Baldo, on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. It is a paradise for lovers of kite surfing and sailing. In Brenzone you will find many beaches along the shore of Lake Garda and crystal clear water. The lakeside promenade passes directly under the accommodation and gives you the opportunity to reach on foot or by bike all the neighboring villages and a wide choice of delicious restaurants along the lakefront. Furthermore, you can discover the network of Nordic Walking itineraries on Monte Baldo, which surround Brenzone. Less than 800 meters from the apartment you will find the port of Brenzone, from which you can reach the other towns of Lake Garda with the Navigarda ferries.
The Malcesine cable car that takes you to Monte Baldo (2.100mt) is only 10 km from the accommodation.

Great location
Bon emplacement avec une vue superbe. Tout fonctionne très bien dans la propriété. Malheureusement nous avons du improviser un lit de bébé bien que la demande fut faite plusieurs mois à l’avance. Malgré cette situation et la route qui est un peu bruitante , nous recommandons l’emplacement.

Wenig erholsam - viel zu laut Man hat zwar Seeblick, kann den Balkon wegen der Lautstärke aber nicht nutzen. Fahren seit Jahren zum Gardasee: diese Wohnung ist definitiv zu teuer

Trotz der stark befahrene Straße, dirkte Touristeninformationen wären von Vorteil gewesen, ansonsten ist Brenzone eine Reise wert.

Zu laute Wohnung in Top Lage
Wir haben als Paar 10 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und fanden den Aufenthalt okay, würden allerdings nicht erneut diese Unterkunft wählen. Pro: -die Lage: kurz die Straßenseite gewechselt und durch ein kleines Plättchen und man steht am ruhigen Steinstrand des Sees. Direkt vor der Tür wird man nicht mit Gastro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten überrannt. Für uns ein Pluspunkt, da es am See entsprechend ruhig war. - Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür: direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit Hilfe derer man gut die Umgebung erkunden kann. -Garage: die angegebene Garage dient nicht zum Unterstellen der Autos, ist aber sehr praktisch für Fahrräder oder SUB's Contra: -die Lage: Fluch und Segen zu gleich, da die Straße vor dem Balkon sehr sehr laut ist. Egal zu welcher Zeit, der Lärmpegel ist enorm und lässt innerhalb der Wohnung eine Kommunikation nicht ohne weiteres zu. In der Nacht wird vor der Tür dann noch schneller und entsprechend lauter Gefahren. -die Ausstattung: die Möbel sind sehr billig, was nicht so schlimm ist, weil Gebrauchbar. Ausstattung der Küche ist allerdings schon grenzwertig. Ein vernünftiger Topf und eine Pfanne ist nicht das meiste. Richtiges kochen gestaltet sich eher schwierig. -Müllentsorgung: da es keine Tonnen gibt, aber täglich verschiedener Müll abgeholt wird, hat man im schlechtesten Fall Am Tag der Abreise Müll, der nicht mehr abgeholt wird. In unserem Fall haben wir den Plastikmüll mitgenommen. Alles im Allen: Gardasee gerne wieder, aber nicht an der Hauptverkehrsstrase.

Traumhafte Aussicht an der sehr befahrenen Seestraße
Ein wirklich schönes Appartement mit einem bezaubernden Blick auf den Gardasee. Es hat alles super funktioniert und wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die viel befahrene Straße, die einen erheblichen Lärmpegel, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern, verursacht hat. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs, sodass uns dieser Umstand nicht so sehr gestört hat. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
