A characteristic spacious home in the heart of Brighton, located only 250 meters from Brighton Pier.

This unique Victorian property is ideal for large groups & families; comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. Laid out over three floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dining/sitting area which includes a double & single sofa bed, as well as a large private terrace.

Located on St. James Street with a variety of quirky shops, restaurants and bars on your door step!

This home offers the perfect base for a large group / family looking to make the most of their Brighton holiday.

We are in an unbeatable location - Just 2 minutes from the beach, a five minute walk into central Brighton and a 15 minute walk away from the train station.

There are a couple of aspects to make you aware of in advance for those with mobility issues or families with prams, please note that this is an old building so there is no lift and access to the property is via staircase only. We are also located in a vibrant part of Brighton with a lot of restaurants, bars and the seafront for you to explore so the streets can sometimes be busy in the evenings.

The kitchen is kitted out with all the amenities required for everyone to enjoy a casual breakfast/dinner and drinks.

Each bedroom comes with blackout shutters/blinds and beds will be fully made up with a fresh towel provided for each guest.
