The worst place we have ever stayed, room dirty, faulty electrics, uncomfortable bed, pillows like rock, no toiletries, self haning off wall, no hot water, no heating. Tiny ripped quilt.

Bedding clean that’s it , very out dated depressed me when I walked in the room , it’s ok if you just drop your bags of and go straight out , won’t stay again, I said can I leave my suitcases because we was early £5 and none return so don’t get they early unless you want to carry you luggage with you ☹️

Upon arrival, no WIFI except for the rooms, was advised I may get WIFI as my room was above reception. No TV, wanted a quite night in before the long the following day and no TV reception at all. No cold water, apart from the small sink. Could not even fill the kettle and had to 'shower' from the sink as the water was so hot. Used my ebookers points for this and felt very cheated. Not worth what I paid and certainly not the full price advertised.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch ziemlich sauber, aber man müsste es mal wieder gründlich putzen. Die Fenster waren völlig verschmiert. Frühstück habe ich nicht im Hotel gegessen, von 8:00 bis 9:30 war mir zu früh.
