- no staff/ no reception, random furniture in the supposed reception room, it seemed to be have become a storage room/ 24/7 service claimed, however we called several times on different occasions and no one responded - very VERY dirty sheets/ no one cleaned our rooms although claimed that it would be cleaned on a daily basis - wifi did not work although claimed that it works and that it is free - the toilet had feces stains and moldy lamps/ dusty ventilation that did not work - sticky remote control/ used spoon - filthy broken curtains/ broken lamp/ - AND THE CHERRY ON TOP: me and my boyfriend got LICE because the sheets were not washed… - additionally: on google it says that it is permanently closed ->> so to anyone reading this review, please stay away from this property… this shouldnt be allowed to be booked as it does not even fulfill the bare minimum of sanitary conditions

Lage der unterkunft ist super. Kurze wege bis ins Zentrum und an den Strand aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die ganze Unterkunft ist Schlüssellos, somit müssen 1-2 Cods gemerkt werden. Dies ist aber kein Problem. Zimmer ist renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Leider funktioniert das WLAN im Zimmer 1 nicht, das müsste mal angeschaut werden. Zudem wäre es toll gewesen, wenn der Kaffee mal aufgefüllt worden wären.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen und eine Minute von der Küste entfernt. Beim Ankommen konnten wir die Eingangstüre nicht öffnen mit dem Code. Zum Glück hat uns dann eine Frau geholfen, die uns hörte. Die Tastatur tippt oft zweimal, wenn man nich zu schnell den Finger nicht entfernt, weshalb dies mit Anfangsschwierigkeiten startete. Der zweite Code der Zimmertüre funktionierte dann wirklich nicht. Habe dann auf die Telefonnummer angerufen. Die Dame war gleich erreichbar und hat uns geholfen. Wie haben dann einen neuen Code bekommen. Das Zimmer war klein und fein aber sehr gemütlich. Nimmt man eine Dusche, so verteilt sich das ganze Wasser im Badezimmer. Aus diesem Grund legten wir mit dem Frotteetuch immer eine Abschrankung. Habe extra einen Föhn von zu Hause mitgenommen, es gab jedoch keine Adapter, wobei die Schweizer Stecker angeschlossen werden konnten, mussten immer mit nassen Haaren nach draussen. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wieder bei FabGuest buchen.
