Appartement très bien
The flat was very good, clean and with everything needed. Fortunately also, the communication with the flat owner was excellent HOWEVER the service provided by Guest Ready was absolutely appalling… For the three first days of my stay, they kept on asking me to pay for a deposit that I had already paid for at the moment of my booking. They did this despite the fact that I had provided them several times with a screenshot of my bank statement. This really damaged my experience there. Moreover I have to say that when I tried to call Guest Ready to sort this out, I really thought the lady seriously lacked of customer managing skills. I felt they didn’t care about me nor did they want to hear anything and they just wanted me to repay the deposit, no matter what.
