metal strip on the floor between carpet and tiled area sticks up tripped fell and badly hurt my shoulder, not even a lousy bottle of water in the fridge, shower dirty, no face towells retaurant not open on a sat night, very average to say the least for the money,never again

the bathroom has mould on the roof and mirror. the draw fell apart when i tried to open it. the kettle doesn't work. door locks for extra sercurty didn't work. the only thing we found great and would pass was the food and service for dinner in the resturant. the lady was great and so was the food.i become sick with a few hours in the room. i still am not well.the place needs more than just a change of sheets everyday.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Electronic check in with no communication in advance. No baby cots. Dirty, leaking shower and bathroom. Air conditioning not working correctly. Very noisy. Despite being branded as an airport hotel, no luggage storage. Very dated.

We were disappointed that everything about the property had to be done online. There is no elevator and the room assigned to us was on the 3rd level. As we had tow large suitcases we would not have been able to get them up the stairs. Fortunately we were able to call and were moved to a ground floor room. Ian Hyde

Nobody at reception. If you cannot access wifi(you need a guest password) you cannot get the code to get in. There is nobody to help. I spoke with cleaning staff who did help me. The second day they sent the wrong access code. Would not stay there again.

This property is in dire need of a bull dozer. It quite frankly is grotty for the money. The pool felt slimy so didnt swim. The bathroom door was blown at the bottom, the shower needed attention. The bed was clean though. Restaurant was closed on the weekend. The security door was always open. Aircon worked well.

The room itself was ok. However there is nobody at reception. They send you a code to enter on a keypad. But for someone with a foreign cell phone, you cannot get internet without a password, so you cannot get the code. I found cleaning staff who helped me and gave me the guest password. Frustrating ptocess, would not recommend them

Very ordinary
The hotel is ok if you're only there to stay near the airport and need a bed. When entering the room there was a strong stale odour. I pulled down the bed and there were stains on the sheets like old mould marks, also a bug crawling on the stain near the pillow. I didn't sleep in that bed, lucky we had an extra bed in the room. Overall, the room was dated and in need of some touch ups and maintenance. It was overpriced and I wouldn't stay there again.

Floor hazard at door entry and inside room, rusted fridge and paint on walls around airconditioner and light fittings dodgy. No power points to charge phone you have to get in behind tv. Shampoo but no conditioner. For the price its terrible condition and just takes advantage of being near airport. Looks good in photos but far from expectations on arrival. I stay at many hotels and this is a aged out of date property that needs proper work done to charge $200 plus.

Property was average. Mouldy in bathroom and around windows. Check in was terrible. I didn’t receive check in details until I called them after checkin time then had to call back for follow up. Bed was comfortable. Noisy room. I would not stay here again
