Room wasn’t very clean crumbs everywhere including on the sofa. There was something left from a previous guest on the floor next to the lamp. Expedia offer was I would receive free parking. Reception tried to charge me three times and asked me that I haven’t paid it yet. Then go oh yeah. Room was tired and full of scuff marks and needed some love. Same for some of the floors that needs flooring. Felt like a pain that we couldn’t get to Tower 3 from main lobby without tracking along another floor. Lifts were a nightmare and actually switched off with us inside. I can see their supposed to be nice apartments, I just don’t think I’d stay again

Very very basic. Room not cleaned or well maintained. Premises unfinished in parts - eg concrete uncarpeted corridors. No phones in rooms, basic locks with no extra latches. Some rooms long walks and multiple lift rides from entrance. Would not stay again.

Just immaculately clean everywhere. Rooms, pool and bbq areas. Lovely landscaped gardens. Had everything you need and was 10 minute walk to Southbank. Heaps of dining choices in West End really close. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a 3 bedroom executive suite on 32nd floor - don’t get me wrong the view was amazing! However, the benches were dirty, wood was peeling off of the walls, the beds were very uncomfortable & rooms were very dusty! The bathroom wasn’t overly clean … could see bits of dirt on the floor! For the price we paid & the word executive in the title … would have expected a lot more!!

I didn’t sleep well every night . The curtains had big gaps in between , the room was so bright at night and I felt like sleeping on the street. The attached photo was taken at 04:45 am. I am a silver member of Hotels.com and I do get free self parking when I make my reservation. However, when I check in the staff was not sure about that and she didn’t see that offer on hotels.com website (I think the offer is for silver or gold members only). I am not sure if my credit card has been changed for that but will keep my eye on it. Other than that it was pretty good. It is a short walk to west end restaurants.
