We had to check in after hours but we had prearranged this with a helpful staff member. It did take at least 10mins to be able to connect to the after hours service, which was a bit concerning at 1am as the automated message kept saying there was "unusually heavy traffic" (but the staff were very prompt and helpful once we were able to speak with them.) The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. The shower was not enclosed and water covered the bathroom floor, requiring a moat of towels which was a little worrisome after a late night shower. Overall, it was a convienent location after a late night flight to allow for a rest day between travelling. Their shuttle bus service (during day time hours) was very welcome and well organised to get us to the airport.

Easy checkin, great clean rooms
We stayed overnight from an international transfer. Our suite had two rooms and two separate bathrooms. Great choice for our traveling party with individual rooms. Check in was fast and easy. Rooms were very clean, beds were nice, and the next morning the shuttle to the airport was ready at the time we requested. Would recommend and stay again in future trips through Brisbane airport. Note: no shuttle service FROM airport, but they do have shuttle service TO the airport when you check out.
