Cabin with kitchenette, lounge and bed situated in the back garden, with a separate bathroom & laundry a short distance away, guests share use of clothes line and washing machine and parking is on the front lawn. The property is fitted with a complete home filtration system for drinking, showering and laundering. Non smoking/vaping property. Access to laundry, bathroom and toilet. The Gap is a large sprawling green suburb with plenty of parks, playgrounds, bike tracks and clear waterways to explore. Parking for two cars is available on the front lawn of the property. The laundry/bathroom and toilet is a combined space just 20 metres from the cabin. This is a non-smoking/vaping property.
