Consistently comfortable hotel

It was a lovely comfortable room. I could hear my neighbor's tv any time it was on. They used to have a restaurant attached to the hotel but it's now separate. That means that room service isn't an option. I often walked down to that restaurant for breakfast or dinner, but it would have been nice to just call room service.

Very high-end style hotel for the price. Rooms were immaculate and staff were very professional. The location puts it just minutes from South Brisbane's views and attractions and a short walk across the bridge to Brisbane's highly vibrant and commercial Queens Street. The hotel ticks all the boxes for a great stay, though free parking options seem limited, but theres no need as I could visit all of Brisbane's urban attractions within a short walk, and not forgetting the countless public transport options for those looking outside the city. Overall a great stay!

Clean and comfortable no-frills hotel

Very clean, great staff interactions, and central location. Older and basic hotel (former YMCA), but affordable and very convenient to the train station and central Brisbane.

The room was rather small and boring. There were no plants, no pictures no toaster. The kettle was too big for the tap. Luckily iIhad a spare bottle so we fill the kettle . There is no way it could of cstered for people not enough cupboard space, cups or glasses. Parking spaces were hard.i got the last carpark. I had my mother who had a walker. I don't think i will stay there again. I rung the Hotel twice about parking. I don"t know what i would of done is the carpark was full. We are from Maroochydore.
