Multiple reasons not to stay here. Staff advise it is not their job to assist with splitting the two single beds that have been pushed together to make a King. The shower cap over the smoke detector is obviously a problem. The shower curtains were filthy. Curtains are hanging off their hooks. Yea and coffee wasn’t refilled from previous patrons. By their own admission it was all a mess. An expensive stay that I would not recommend.

Staff were absolutely lovely and the coffee and food from the cafe was very nice. Only a short walk to the train station and the live music venues in the valley. Very good for the price. Only downside is the see-through bathrooms. If you need to use the bathroom during the night, turning the bathroom light on wakes up whoever is still asleep in bed. Not very private.

Very close location for Fortitude Valley and attractions. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cafe handy for brekky and/or coffee downstairs. Parking extra $30 per night, pretty standard for BNE.

I would definitely recommend the Kennigo Hotel to anyone staying in Brisbane. I travelled alone and the staff were super friendly, it was close to the CBD, and still tucked away from the rowdier areas. The room was nice and comfy and overall it was a great place to stay for the week.

A nice friendly and welcoming little hotel. In a quiet area but a comfortable walk to popular places. Cafe at the front is also nice. Coffee in the room was International Roast! Seriously?
