We had an enjoyable 6 night stay at this property and really enjoyed it. Location is fantastic, you can walk to everything, the pool are is great and the service was first rate. Would definitely stay there again.

This quiet sleeper is a keeper. Looks a bit run down on the outside but is lovely inside. The staff were all lovely, especially the front desk staff. Great atmosphere and ran a great conference. King size room is very roomy and the bed is super comfy. The Japanese all singing all dancing toilet did need a new battery in the controller and this want addressed the 3 nights I was there but I also didn’t ask.

The room was spacious and big and met all our expectations. Close to southbank. Staff were friendly and kind and due to unforeseen circumstances had to cut short our trip by a day, they were happy to refund us for that day. Will definitely return.

Ease of driving from out of town. Have stayed there many times over the years. Requires more cleaning staff. One drink voucher each per night of stay given to every guest. Only a very ordinary Chardonnay or red allowed or a beer or soft drink only. Bar and dining room staff quite offhand. Seem more suited to airport hotels though not rude. Overall quite disappointing.
