Impersonal self check-in; no guidance where to leave key on check-out.
Noisy guests pulling in at 2am acting talking loudly like their the only one's awake. Still uncomfortable rollerbed & loose shower taps from other stays.
Checking was very clunky, self service not working and saying room not ready. Tried at bar, then bottle store then back to bar. Finally got room, funky smell in room so not really pleasant. Went for meal at restaurant, ordered with QR code as directed $35 with an expected 44mm wait. 1 hour later followed up as to were my meal was and was told they couldn’t find me that I had gone and had ordered for table 1, I order for 29. Asked for meal to be delivered to my room as I had a meeting online. Meal arrived and was pork, gravy and salad. Would have been lovely if I hadn’t ordered chicken. Salad and mushroom gravy. Was over it by now. Then just to top it off the rubbish skip truck turned up at 1.30am to empty the skip right outside the room. I left at 5am and have cancelled my booking for myself and work mate for next week. I’ll find something else

Decent for the price. Didn’t expect much but the aircon in the room didn’t work properly and all the vents were ripped out. We also had tape over the lights? We also couldn’t order room service properly as our room wasn’t available to select but the friendly staff told us to just leave a note and they’ll bring it up. The staff were very friendly when checking in and ordering the room service however reception wouldn’t answer their phone when we called. Overall was a fine stay for somewhere to sleep which is all we needed.
The place is better than it looks online. Great staff. Great location. Great food.
Oh and really good food.

I changed the date for my booking to the end of June but I did not receive a confirmation for that. So I rang the hotel to make sure I got myself a room. He said he would credit me for the first booking, that was for the 26th of May. Not receiving a confirmation for the June booking, that is my only issue.
I liked that i wasn't somewhere people would know me and I hated that everyone else who was staying there were rude and again like if i had a win on the pokies they would abuse me and threaten to follow me when i left to take the money saying that its there money pathetic behaviour
