We have stayed at this particular Leonardo Hotel around 5 times, each time the service and facilities are consistently fantastic. We have also stayed in Leonardo Hotels in Other lies, and again they are very good and in handy locations.

The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided at anytime I required. This was super convenient especially when sleeping in late or having a late start to the day. No matter what time we went out, the room was fixed-up. Most UK hotels would stop all housekeeping after morning hours. Although a couple of employees at the front desk were friendly, it would be better if ALL front desk employees are warm, friendly and approachable. Super easy to walk to city centre and other locations - very convenient. Also nice and quiet - our room was reasonable for family of three.

No staff available on check in, we had to find them. Breakfast average but started to clear at 9.45 not 10.30 Staff on night shift appeared creased and not alert. Check out was much more professional.
