Belle vue sur la baie de Viking depuis le salon et la salle à manger. Bel appartement spacieux au premier étage, récemment rénové avec un thème moderne du milieu du siècle. Probablement le meilleur emplacement de Broadstairs. Surplombant la plage, il est littéralement à quelques minutes de tout ce que Broadstairs a à offrir. La chambre principale a un lit double super king, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples de 3 pieds. Nouvelle cuisine et salle de bain entièrement équipées, et une deuxième toilette, avec utilisation de la surface du toit pour s'asseoir et se détendre après une longue journée à la plage. Des restaurants et des bars de chaleur et de caractère sont à une courte promenade le long de la falaise. Broadstairs a un micro climat donnant une bonne chance de soleil et de chaleur en été, mais même en hiver vous reviendrez de Broadstairs rafraîchi et ressuscité!
Broadstairs a du sable doré, une baignade sûre et beaucoup d'histoire à découvrir. Dickens était un visiteur fréquent à l'époque victorienne et est toujours célébré aujourd'hui dans les noms de pub, Bleak House et Dickens Week (vers la troisième semaine de juin) lorsque les habitants s'habillent en costume pour la semaine et qu'il y a de nombreux événements à assister.

Paradise spot on Broadstairs
Like the first time we were delighted with our stay in jetty view. The appartment is even bigger now that thé front room has been done ans the view is breathtaking. We had the best of times looking at the view and going for walks tout Ramsgate or to the pub on the way to Margate. The appartment is very well furnished and decorated and the owners have been very accommodating. We will definitely come back again!!

Wonderful stay!
We love this appartment, it’s luminous, spacious stylish with some parts of the interior from the seventies. Furthermore direct view to the sea. Very well equiped, everything one needs. Hazel is wonderful, very quick responses and uncomplicted support when needed.

Perfect apartment for a relaxing break with the grandkids
Back for a third time to this wonderful apartment overlooking Viking Bay. You could sit all day gazing at the amazing views from the lounge listening to the waves, seagulls and gentle chatter of folk strolling by below. The children sat for hours with binoculars looking at the boats, paddle boarders and swimmers in the sea. So relaxing. A magical place. We love the quirkiness and layout. Everything you could need here - spacious and clean accommodation, bags of hot water for showers, comfy beds - home from home. Great communication with manager - quick response and really helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Early Summer Weekend
My wife and I stayed in the flat for a weekend in June on our first visit to Kent. The flat was exactly as promised. It was lovely and super close to everything with a beautiful view of the water. The host was easy to reach and super helpful which was important to us because we were visiting from out of the country. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Location and view are perfect
The location is really great, as well as the view over Viking Bay. The lounge is the best place in the flat. Beds are good, one bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the furniture is a little bit dated. The cutlery and other parts of the kitchen equipment are a mixed bag, but still all that is needed is there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous flat overlooking the beach and promenade
Hi, we loved the flat. The views were amazing. It was quiet, comfortable and light and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and convenient for walking along the coastal paths and catching local buses and trains. Great for people watching too!

We did stay for a week last year and loved it and once again just the same and would like to come back next year. We have stayed many times in Broadstairs over the years and both times we have agreed it is the most relaxing place we have stayed at so thanks once again.

Simply the best.
I think that all the times we have been coming to Broadstairs jetty view has been the best place that we have stayed at. The view of Viking Bay in the morning is stunning at sunrise even the two teenagers who we thought may be a bit bored absolutely loved it so all in all a brilliant stay and would love to stay again. We also get the 70s decor vibe.

Perfect position in Broadstairs
We have just returned from another summer mini break in Broadstairs, our first at this lovely apartment. Our two grandchildren now aged 5 and 9 have been coming with us for the last 5 years and absolutely loved this quirky flat with its exciting entrance across the rooftop at the back, and another door out to the front by the ice cream shop. Chappelini's is their favourite place, so to be living above it was just amazing. The views from the windows and balcony in the lounge are incredible. You could sit there all day looking out at the sea, beach and boats and watch the people below come and go. It's like a scene from a Where's Wally book! The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was clean and spacious and lovely to come back to after a long day on the beach. Hazel is a brilliant host and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for letting us share your lovely flat. We will be back!

Ideal location. Stunning view and all amenities to hand.
Detailed arrival procedure helped us access the property quickly and easily when we arrived. All was ready for us and as described. Wow! What a view! We spent several happy on the beach making use of the chairs and parasol provided. Our grandaughter was thrilled with the buckets, spades and nets left for her use too! We loved our stay here and the property owner and manager were readily contactable, even helping us when we managed to leave items behind when we left. Would certainly recommend and hope to return soon!

Broadstairs Delight
Great location. Overlooking the beach but was extremely quiet. The facilities in the flat were excellent. Apart from the difficulty in finding the place and going up stairs and over a roof we have nothing detrimental to say about the flat. However your website should say that if you come by train you need to book a cab before you arrive. We didn't. there were none available so we had to walk to the flat with our luggage so not helpful at all.

Disappointing. Decor dated and shabby.
This is a very disappointing property in a beautiful setting. The flat seems to be lacking ‘love’ it’s shabby and most of the decor could be found in charity shops and at car boot sales. Whilst it lists itself as ‘70’s vintage style’ that’s misleading. It’s just old and mis-matched. The owners should look at similar properties and if they decide to do 70’s style do it properly with good quality, matching furniture that is well restored / maintained or high quality reproductions. It’s such a shame as the view is stunning and the rooms are a good size. Kitchen and bathroom ok but two main rooms and bedrooms are shabby and not in a ‘shabby chic’ way. Entrance area, the 4 small flights of external steps and veranda area are really off putting. Whilst not owned by the flat owners some arrangement to make this better needs to be made. The owner clearly has an emotional family tie to the property (and responds to emails promptly and in a helpful manner) but if it is being let on the open market it needs to be in a similar smart and presentable state to its competitors. I gather I was only the 2nd visitor this year and it’s June. This speaks for itself. Disappointing and could all be easily remedied with some stylish TLC.

Half term break
Really enjoyed our time in Broadstairs, made particularly pleasant due to the view from the flat! We stay in the town regularly and a sea view is a must. Really lived the decor and the flat had everything we needed. It is an old property with the usual things this comes with in a seaside setting...drafty windows etc but totally what you would expect from a property that has retained all its original features. Had a great stay and communication was really easy and accommodating
