Vacation cottage Seeschwalbe

The 4 * award-winning holiday home Tern is located in a small cottage settlement in Schönhagen and is about 850 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The 120 m² of living space spread over 3 floors and can accommodate max. 6 people plus 1 toddler. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a fireplace and the open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower / WC are located in the 1st. OG. In the basement is the 3. Bedroom with TV, another shower room and a coin sauna. On the sunny, partly covered and furnished terrace as well as in the own garden you can enjoy the beautiful holidays. An initial supply of bed linen and towels is provided, and there is also a washing machine, dryer and free WiFi in the house. Outside there is a carport, a car park and a lockable bicycle shed. The entrainment of pets is not allowed!

Aufteilung schön - Aber…
Das Haus ist für 6 Personen aufgrund der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer gut geeignet. Leider jedoch bekommt man im oberen Stockwerk kaum warmes Wasser. Es dauert ewigkeiten und der Druck ist so gering, dass man das Shampoo schwer aus den Haaren bekommt. Das Problem ist leider auch in der Küche, wodurch das Abwaschen schwierig ist. Dazu war das gesamte Haus leider nicht sonderlich sauber. Wir haben nach Ankunft die Bäder selber putzen müssen.

Ein ganz toller Urlaubsort für Familien. Das Haus ist gepflegt und hat alles was man sich wünscht, sogar einen Wäschetrockner. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus allen Familien für einen entspannten Urlaub

Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut. Wir fanden insbesondere die überdachte Terrasse sehr gut und konnten trotz Regenwetter draußen sitzen.

tolles Ferienhaus in gemütlicher, ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage, Außenbereich mit einem gemauerten Grill, Sandkasten und Schaukel für die Kleinen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich eine Spiegelbeleuchtung im Badezimmer hat uns gefehlt. Insgesamt hat das Ferienhaus ein sehr gut verdient.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch gut und ruhig. Der Strand, der Bäcker und der Einkaufsladen sind schnell zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist das Wlan im Haus, das LTE-Signal war besser.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man so braucht. Absolut ruhige Lage und doch nicht weit vom Strand. Einzig das WLAN ist für den der es nutzen möchte nicht wirklich nutzbar, da sehr schwach. Aber für wlan fährt man ja nicht in Urlaub. Wir waren sehr gerne dort und würden das Objekt auch wieder buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten wurde zur Zeit neu gestaltet, es lag au dem Grundstück daher einiges an Baumaterial (Paletten, Steine usw.), weshalb auch der Fahrradschuppen nicht nutzbar war und es auf der Grundstücksauffahrt sehr eng war.
