Faultless stay

Excellent base for exploring old Brugge. Super helpful staff. Especially liked the decor in the lounge and bar areas. Great value too with breakfast included, proper hot & cold buffet.

This hotel was close to the Christmas market. Very comfortable and just gorgeous. Breakfast was good. I loved it! Only thing was the hotel was so hot for me. Tried to turn off my heat in room but had to open windows to sleep comfortably. Some staff was very friendly but others not so much. But overall I would come back here again.

Gorgeous spa hotel in central Bruges

Dukes' Arches hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway in Bruges! We were away for my husband's 30th birthday, so I was looking for somewhere special - we had a premium double room in the main building, and the room was cosy, clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Really comfortable. Staff at the hotel were also lovely, and really helpful. LOVED having a gym, sauna & steam room to use. Small city, so nice having these facilities for relaxing in the afternoon! Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay at this hotel just after Christmas. Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot. Our room was massive which was a lovely surprise! And the breakfast was delicious - hot buffet (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes), fruit, cereal and an amazing bread and pastry selection. We parked at the station and got the free shuttle bus into the main square, then only a 5 minute walk. Will definitely book again when I’m in Bruges!

Lovely traditional hotel with lots of interesting features. Staff warm and friendly. Breakfast excellent. Only negative, towards the end of our stay, tea, coffee etc not replaced and insufficient towels left.

Fabulous find!

Fabulous hotel - looked beautiful at Christmas, just like the rest of Bruges. Great location only a few minutes walk right into the centre, yet wonderfully quiet. My husband really enjoyed the puzzle left out for guests to complete. Breakfast was fantastic!

2 night stay

The location of this hotel was spot on. It was only about a minute walk from the free shuttle bus stop to and from the station. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The room was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. If i were to come back to Bruges this is where i would stay. Thanks for a great weekend stay.
