This place is incredible. Very clean, beautiful rooms, and excellent staff. Beautiful restaurant and bar on site, with delicious food and great drinks. The price was also great.

We had never been to this hotel before, so we weren't sure what to expect. We didn't realize that the hotel is literally right off the highway. However, we were pleasantly surprised just how quiet it was in our room which basically faced the highway. On our first night, we ate in the hotel's restaurant. Our immediate arrival did not go well, but after my husband spoke up the staff went above and beyond in trying to make it right. The signature cocktails and food were pricey but very good. Our room was clean and pleasant. The only downside was that the mattress was too hard, but that could be because we are used to a memory foam mattress. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning.

Staff at The Federal is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Accommodations are comfortable, attractive, and clean and the village of Brunswick is a short walk away. What's not to like?

A unique small hotel with an excellent restaurant on the property. Very well appointed. Not walk able to anywhere, but close enough to make it worth the stay.

Gorgeous property. Beautifully decorated. Gary at the desk was beyond helpful. The 555 restaurant was so helpful with seed oil and gluten allergies...fantastic menu and service. Met and exceeded all of my expectations.

This hotel and restaurant, The Federal and 555, are by far the best place to stay and dine in the area!! All newly appointed rooms, everything well done, a fantastic restaurant (the 555 that use to be in Portland) And the prices are very reasonable. You get more than you pay for here. A Diamond in the Rough. Don’t go there because I want it for myself!!!

Absolutely stunning!!! Must stay in Brunswick ME. The only downfall was the freak storm that killed the power but otherwise it was amazing!
