Nice and clean. Staff friendly. Room very small. Biggest issue, room very hot! Don’t think that air con was working or at least not efficient.

Bonjour, Tout D abord je voulais remercier Abel de sa gentillesse ainsi que les autres réceptionnistes du matin et de nuit ,personnels très sympathique. Point positif: hôtel à deux mn à pied gare Bruxelles midi et 15mn à pied de la grande place Les chambres sont très propres,et la literie au top,au calme et température de la chambre au top. Moyen transport à deux de minutes de l hôtel pour les personnes qui n aiment pas marcher. Machine à café à votre disposition gratuit et du très bon café Moi qui est agent de voyages,je vais recommander cet hôtel Merci encore un weekend au top

Très bel établissement. Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Revoir la salle de bain chambre 101 : pommeau de douche cassé car trop grand et trop lourd pour tenir sur le support, il manque une paroi ou un rideau lorsqu'on se douche car toute la pièce est trempée.
