Awful behavior of the hotel staff

When I checked out Campanile Hotel Brussels - Airport, it became the hotel staff and debate. Because, the hotel Man said that payments from ebookers has not been made good and I have to pay, and I was forced to pay. Hotel staff attitude was surprised too despicable.

Good place for one night

Less than 10 min from the airport in taxi. Its a quiet and comfortable place.

une nuit avant de prendre l'avion

Manquait tf1 dans les chaines françaises j'ai donc raté mon programme favori et timer tv bloqué, à part ça isolation parfaite malgré proximité aéroport (3km), taxi commandé à la réception pile poil à l'heure. J'y retournerai volontiers si nécessaire.

hotel mediocre

Hôtel médiocre, la chambre que nous avons réservé était sous le toit (en plein été) et il n'y avait pas de clim, nous avons du réservé et payer une deuxième chambre au rez de chaussez. les chambre ne sont pas top et il a eu une coupure d'eau sans qu'aucun membre du personnel nous en avertisse, nous somme donc resté toute la journée sans eau chaude. De plus, un voisin de chambre avait besoin d'un oreiller mais ils n'ont rien pu faire pour lui. Je déconseille cette hôtel
