Very clean and modern designed hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. No issues finding parking in the garage located under the hotel at €30 per night during my stay. Location is very quiet on weekends due to being in a governmental/diplomatic area but is bustling during the week. Many options available at the bar including some finger foods. Did not purchase the breakfast or use the restaurant during this visit.

The room was very spacious and affordable. The placing of the desk in the room was awkward but not that big of a bother as it was easy to move. The parking was very easy and cheap as well. The hotel was walking distant to everything and in a quiet area. We did have one dirty towel in our room with a streak in it but we just didn't use it. Overall 4/5 stars.

Faecal stains on toilet seat
I checked into the hotel at 11pm after a long day of work, and just as I entered my room, was confronted with a toilet seat that had dried faecal stains on it in multiple places. While the reception staff got working on getting me another room, other Working for an international org has me traveling for work across the world, but I'd never experienced anything like this.
