Very apt that the hotel has a tropical theme, as the aircon in the room didnt work, the windows didnt open..absolutely Roasting. Only slept on one of the nights after a down pour when it was cooler. Made my work trip quite difficult and i had no energy after work to go to the gym or explore. How can you have a mainstream hotel with such obvious issues???

From the courteousness of the staff, to the comfort of the room and the amazing design and decor of the hotel, we were so pleased with our stay.
