Lovely
Great location, friendly staff, nice comfortable bed. Our one 'note' (not really a complaint) is that, although separating the ensuite toilet from the rest of the bathroom is a nice touch, there is no sink with the toilet. This means walking through the room to wash hands and was particularly awkward for our teenage daughter!

Great location in terms of being near the Grand Place and also the rail station. The hotel is quite modern and the room appeared fine. However, there appeared to be a used towel still within the room when we arrived and after our first night each of us woke up with small bite marks which was very concerning. On our last morning, we noticed a dead fly in the waffle mix for the make your own waffle station so steered clear. The positives were the restaurant staff who were friendly although the reception desk staff were not as warm or helpful. For convenience the hotel gets top marks in terms of central location.

The location of the property was great and only a couple of minutes walk from the Central Station. The ambience of the hotel is also very pleasant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was, however, very small for a family of three and the sink in the bathroom was stained and disgusting. The air condition was not very effective and it wasn’t very comfortable at night . Housekeeping was not very pleasant and was putting pressure on us to vacate the room in the morning so that they can get it cleaned . That was not nice as it’s up to us what time we leave and it made us feel very uncomfortable to have a lie in in the morning. Overall it was an ok stay . What made it bearable was the location which was right in the middle of the Grand Place and absolutely amazing.

This is a great place to stay as it is in the area you will walk around, eat, hang out and catch tours from in Brussels. It is a clean nice hotel with smallish European rooms and a decent breakfast buffet. You will def not be disappointed

This hotel was reasonably priced in the IDEAL location, just steps away from the Central train station but facing a beautiful and lively square full of eateries. I LOVED my stay and will stay here again when I return. I highly recommend this hotel.
