When I checked in and entered my room, there was an empty dish from someone else’s meal placed right in front of my door. It was not cleared until the next day. Although I found this unpleasant, overall, the stay was not bad for the price.

The stay was excellent and the staff were superb!! This was our second stay at Yomma and it was wonderful! The location was perfect, close to Midi and tram. The room we stayed in was spectacular and the front of house staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

We had an amazing room. Huge comfortable bed and beautiful big bathroom. All very clean. Lots of room. Very friendly and helpful staff on the desk. Convenient location for station and walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants.

Disappointing stay. Dinner lacked variety and quality, with limited options available. The bathroom sink was blocked, the coffee machine at breakfast was broken, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, with inconsistent temperatures adding to the discomfort.

The staffs and facility are good. Nice spacious family room with separate bunk beds sleeping area for the kids. Beds are comfortable. TV is not as good, unable to connect to Netflix. The area surrounding the hotel is shady and unsafe. Many homeless people. I was almost got pickpocketed when I tried to get on the tram station. My husband was right behind the man and intervened. Even though it’s within walking distance, We decided to take taxi ( arranged by hotel staff) on our way back to midi station to take Eurostar.

The hotel room were great, and perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. The location was only a 15 minute walk to the centre, and there also trams/buses available. The are is ok, but not the cleanest. Would definitely stay here again.

If you like cartoons you will love this hotel. It was very convenient for our family of five. The area around the hotel is sketchy, highly recommend using Uber to stay safe. Tue kids especially loved the Smurf themed room.

The hotel was nice, but I stayed there when there was a lot of wind happening and the noisiness during the night was almost unbearable. The creaking of the windows and walls sounded like people banging on a door. Other than that, it's close to the metro station - so that's nice.

Good hotel, sketchy location

The hotel area didn’t feel safe, there are a couple of constructions happening around that may have contributed to the “sketchy”feeling. The hotel itself is good; clean and comfortable.

Fun Hotel!

Hotel is decorated in Belgium cartoon characters. Staff was pleasant and check in a breeze. Room was perfect for our family of six. Within walking distance to main sites.

Really really excellent hotel. Easy to use lockers to store your bags in while you explore Belgium, sparkling clean facilities, comfortable beds, delicious buffet options. Family room was excellent and spacious. The hotel also helped my sister arrange some balloons, cake and champagne for my 40th celebrations, which was really lovely. Only downside was one of the rooms woke up to an overpowering fishy smell, we did inform reception in the morning but no one was available to check out the room while we were still there unfortunately, which was a shame but overall, I would stay here again, even just as a group with only adults.
