The Hotel is great. The room was large, quiet and clean. The bathroom set up was great. The Continental Breakfast was excellent for morning hikers with a lot of choices. Evening dining was limited with not a lot of restaurants to choose from. The Shuttle to Bryce was just across the parking lot and the Shuttle parking lot was very close as well. Not a lot of shopping options in the area; you could do them in a day. We enjoyed our stay and had great weather--hiking in Bryce was amazing! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is in need of a remodel. The room had broken tile and chipped paint. There was an old ironing board hanging on the bathroom wall and the soap dispensers were missing in the bathroom. The plugs were inconvenient and we had to unplug the microwave to plug in the coffee pot. There was minimal amenities. No pool or jacuzzi, to go bagged breakfast and a dirty laundry room. The staff was friendly and nice. The best part was a seating area outside to enjoy the views of the rocks! Easy parking. Overall disappointing property for the cost.

Lovely staff and property, good location
Great area, so close to the park. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint is that we wish they had wildlife friendly lighting. We really wanted to experience the dark sky effect and had to head back into the park. Otherwise great place.

We usually stay at Rubys Inn but this property is a toss the road in a quieter area. Extremely clean hotel with an awesome included breakfast. The staff are so nice. We had a fridge issue that was resolved in 15 minutes. This will be our go to place at Bryce.
