Well it started out with being given a key to a room where someone was in it. The pool wasn't functional. However the staff was very pleasant.. They gave us extra tiwels and face cloths but you had to ask for them. The room was just okay, and so was the buffet breakfast I don't know that i would stay there again. It is in a good location though.

This place looked like it was out of the 60's. The bed was horrific - very, very cheap, thin mattress, cheap, poor quality linens. The bathroom had not been updated, but neither had the room. Rustic doesn't cover it. I went back and told the lady that we would be leaving and she offered another room, but it didn't look as though the place had much better to offer so we left. Expedia tried to get us a refund but they kept our money and wouldn't return it though we didn't stay. We found a really nice room at a Best Western closer to the park that was brand new for a full 100 dollars cheaper. Would not recommend.

Property is run down, paint peeling, toilet leaking, towel bar broken off wall one side. Free breakfast not worth the price we paid. Breakfast manager sits and plays on phone. Cold, sparcr food. Night manager Amy on her game, clean , great good. Very friendly. Owner need to wake up and put some money back into property.

The only good thing about this “resort” is the waitstaff in the restaurant. We were greeted by a musty smelling lobby and things got worse from there. The room was dingy, outdated and full of flies. The shower was strange and spurted water all over the floor. Our first night bikers partied outside our door. The complimentary breakfast was barely edible and was manned by a lazy guy who couldn’t even look up from his phone long enough to keep the “food” warm. The good thing was the restaurant with hard working employees and good food. Although the restaurant bathrooms were disgusting a filled with flies.

This was a basic motel, not a "resort"... The same food was served daily for breakfast so not too many options and hardly any options if you were a vegetarian. The front desk staff was friendly.

Cabin was pretty clean. Smelled good. Nice location to park and restaurants. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The photos of the property are extremely outdated and therefore misleading and inaccurate. The photos showed people roasting marshmallows at a resort campfire with a shelter nearby. All of that is now broken down and a no longer used eyesore on the side of the property. It is not a resort, but a motel with a restaurant on the property. The staff are very kind and accommodating, however! Our first room had a horrible odor so they switched us to a second floor room with a pretty view! Also the location is a nice short drive to Bryce Canyon and they accepted our dog for a fee so there’s that!
