Kitchen with quartz countertop, refrigerator, dishwasher machine, oven, gas cooker, coffee maker, toaster, plates and tableware. The main bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer as well as an iron and hairdryer. Both bedrooms has premium mattress, satin bedding and additional blankets. One bedroom with large balcony ( with garden view) for smoking area. The high value of the house is given by noble wood flooring, Persian carpets or amber chandeliers.
