The room was cold and after the technician came it was colder. The restaurant staff was pleasant but unprofessional and the food was not eatable. But the worst part was waking up after 1am from unbearable outside noise. I entered a new room at almost 2am. The fact that they are aware of this problem and still selling these rooms is totally unacceptable. How do I know they are aware? Because they provide earplugs in the room. It is definitely not a solution when you pay extra to stay at Hilton nor if you need to hear the alarm clock in the morning to get to the airport on time. Shame on you Hilton. I am sure Conrad didn’t plan his hotels network to reach such a low point. Thanks for ruining my day 🙏
