The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that Bucharest has to offer. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable,, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in was super fast and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Coffee was out of a machine however.

The hotel itself is lovely and well placed for the sights of the old town, however it is right in the centre of bars and a club which makes it incredibly noisy until around 4am. The noise was so loud and clear it sounded like a window must be open but we checked and definitely was closed. I can only assume the windows are not well fitted as there was sound getting in somewhere. Even with the ear plugs provided (should have known this was a red flag) and being sleep deprived parents, we found it hard to sleep. This should be clearly stated when booking.

My biggest disappointment is the front desk they seem to be clueless about attractions. 3 times they directed me to sites that were closed. They really should be more educated about sites and times of tours and dates closed really impacted my trip

Excellent central hotel in old town. Large rooms n comfortable bed. Great bkfast. Only inconvenience is that there’s live singer every night at the cafe across till 11pm n even on seventh floor u can hear .
