My stay at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Bucharest Airport was overall lovely with a few minor downsides. Pros: The customer service was great throughout my stay. I appreciated the bottle of water provided on arrival. The airport transfer was convenient and very affordable at just 1 Euro. Cons: The AC system was disappointing. Despite setting it to 10 degrees, it always felt like heat, making the room quite warm. This warmth attracted mosquitoes, which disturbed my sleep as I couldn't get rid of them. The feather pillows were a downside for me, as I'm allergic to feathers. Additionally, there’s not much to do in the immediate area, but I did visit a spa nearby, which was a short taxi ride away, costing about £5. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the excellent customer service.

Overall, 4.5 stars out of 5. The reason for the slight deduction would have to go to: 1) Lack of cool air-conditioning - even though it was on and working, it was blowing out semi-cold air; 2) Lack of availability of English Breakfast/Earl Grey Tea Bags. Other than that, it has been an excellent stay. Close to the airport and Therme Bucharesti, and not too far from the malls. The staff were excellent too. Especially Daniela. She went above and beyond her job role to make our stay even more memorable.

Hotel was very convinient for me to meet my partners next to the airport. The hotel was quite from any noises including airplanes. Breakfast was fresh, diverse and delicious. I would stop here again.

Don’t expect too much
This place is super “simple”. The bath towels even had holes in them. Even though the walking distance to the airport is supposed to be only 15minutes, the shuttle also took 15mins as it had go through some narrow roads to get to the highway and to the airport. If you just want a place to sleep, it is ok, but don’t expect anything more than that.

Great spot in-between flights, its an old facility given a cosmetic make over, so it does look fresh, but the AC is loud and the area is a bit out of the way. On a real positive note the staff were great, extremely helpful and friendly and its about 10 min. drive from Therme
