There's no shampoo, there is a washing machine but no detergent, the clothes drying rack provided is also broken... I can buy all these in a nearby supermarket but just made my stay stressful. Also very wasteful just for a few nights stay. Need to mention that the luggage storage service is not on-site and you have to pay your own. The apartment staff suggested a place nearby but then I noticed it actually does not open on the weekend. You would not want to deal with all these hassles during vacation. Other than the above, the apartment looks new and modern. Location is also very convenient.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff were very good with communication and directions on how to access the apartment (online check-in was great!). They also provided tips on taxi services, places to eat/visit. Very nice. The only disappointment was the 2nd bathroom did not have a usable shower (could be used as a bathtub) and this caused my coworker and I to have to share a shower.

Lovely open spaces within the property and really well appointed with everything you would need. Balcony was a bonus for having a coffee in the morning. Very clean and close to shops, tram stop and within a short walk to the river. We would stay here again if we returned to Budapest.

Apartments are convenient on the edge of town. 20 mins walk to the centre and right next to a metro station so make it easier. Clean and modern the apartments are great and the team are really good as supporting behind the scene.

The Downtown Residence apartments were outstanding. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and so very quiet that we all overslept! Couldn’t recommend these apartments enough in such a beautiful city!

We loved this large, beautiful apartment in Budapest. It was immaculate, spacious and very trendy. Every comfort had been thought of to make our trip feel perfect. Would definitely stay here if we return to beautiful Budapest.

Had a nice stay and thought the apartment was very reasonably priced in a close proximity to the city centre , however the heated towel rail didn’t work which was frustrating as it had been pouring with rain and there was quite a few hairs found upon arrival , the sink and the floor being the main places. Overall happy with the stay and would recommend

We like the 5 min walk to the mall, metro station, bus and yellow train which will get you anywhere you want to go. Building was also quite new. Due to delayed arrival by Turkish Airlines, we had to fly the next day to Budapest. They replied promplty to my messages and it was a seamless transition even with our shuttle service to the property. Overall great experience and would love to come back. Thanks to property manager Balasz who was very kind and accomodating.

Great stay at this residence. The room was large with a full kitchen, a washer, and a large bathroom. The building is safe. The owners are very quick to respond and helped us with what we needed. It’s not in the busy hub of the city but it is easy to take a taxi. I would recommend this place. Great price too!
