Hotel was modern, very comfortable beds, clean, and reception staff were efficient cheery and helpful with directions etc. Location was near Opera House, St Stephens Basilica and lots of restaurants and a few bars. What’s not to like.

This place had all I needed. I was really impressed with everyrhing about the Hotel. And so affordable!!!!!!!!!! There was one situation that I feel needs improvement on. I asked to use an Iron/board. The padding on the ironing board was in bad shape. It had multiple burn spots. After my first use, I realized why. I think the iron I was using had an issue. I've been ironing for may years, in the military, and when I'm home in NYC...I wear business attire daily. That iron got VERY hot, hence a bunt ironing board. Not sure if all irons are like that, or if it was just that one. I def had to lower heat setting as to not ruin my clothes. Hotel SHOULD really take that seriously. OTHER THAN THAT, I'll stay at the Dormero, Budapest Hotel again. However, If I do and Iron issue remains the same... I'll have to update and spread the word.

Perfect location for walking to anywhere you want to be quiet streets local Indian called indigo very good halal food access to coffee shops in any Direction and access to the M1 historical trams

Great location and price, however the mattress and mattress topper in my room were dirty and heavily stained. Our television had no channels programmed. Check-in took over 20 minutes as there was only one staff member at the front desk.
